Park Rules and Policies

 

Baseball Entery Fee Refund Policy

  • Tournaments that do not make will be refunded completely.  Four teams or more are a tournament.

  • Tournaments canceled before play begins, due to weather, will be refunded completely.

  • One game started or completed will result in entry refund minus a $50 expense fee.

  • Two games completed will qualify as a complete tournament. No refund.

  • Withdrawals

    • Teams withdrawing up to 10 days prior to the tournament will receive their entry fee minus a $20 administration fee.

    • Teams withdrawing after 10 days prior to the tournament will receive their entry fee minus a $150 administration fee.

    • Teams withdrawing after the schedule is posted will not receive any refund.

  • Entry fees will be refunded within 30 days of event.

INCOMPLETE TOURNAMENT PLAY
If tournament is canceled due to weather, prior to the end of the tournament, a champion will be declared based on pool rankings or last complete round of play.  

 

ATPP Check Policy

Make checks payable to All-Tournament Players Park or ATPP.  In doing so, you expressly authorize ATPP and it’s representatives, if your check is returned for any reason, to electronically process your check.  In the event that your check is returned unpaid for insufficient or uncollected funs, we may present your check electronically.  In the ordinary course of business, your check will not be provided to you with your bank statement but a copy can be retrieved by other means.  Additionally, we will electronically asses the maximum returned check fee allowed in the state of Georgia (GA) against your account for each returned check.All-Tournament Players Park reserved the right to refuse to accept a check from any business, team or individual who has previously presented a misrepresented check or other payment that required additional processing due to insufficient funds, uncollected funs, stopped payment or any other like reason.   

Baseball Park Rules

Not complying with park rules will result in being asked to leave the park.

  • Fans enter at their own risk. Please be mindful of foul balls.

  • Please leave dogs and pets of any size at home. They will be asked to leave park property. Pets cannot be left in cars.

  • No heelies, bikes, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, etc.

  • This is a no tolerance park. No alcohol, tobacco or drugs. No weapons.

  • Artificial noisemakers, air horns or boom boxes are not allowed.

  • Coolers are not allowed. With the exception of a team cooler during doubleheaders. (No glass containers.)

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Inappropriate language will result in a warning or ejection from the park.

  • Please do not climb on fences.

  • Criticism of referees, coaches, players and park employees may result in your ejection from the park in addition to the ejection of the head coach of your team.

  • Please report any damaged equipment or property to a park employee.

  • Any person finding it necessary to vandalize park property will be prosecuted.

Coaches

  • No metal spikes.

  • No soft toss hitting, pepper or throwing against any fences.

  • No non-players or coaches in dugouts or on fields at any time.

  • Criticism of referees, coaches, and players by your fans may result in the ejection of the head coach of your team. Please encourage your fans to exhibit good sportsmanship appropriate to youth sports.

 

Basketball Gym Rules

Not complying with park rules will result in being asked to leave the park.

ALL-TOURNAMANET PLAYERS PARK GYM RULES

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • No cleats are allowed inside the gym building.

  • Free play is not allowed on courts.  Players for upcoming games may shoot at halftime and between games when permitted.

  • Please do not dribble ball in lobby area or upstairs.

  • Appropriate shoe wear must be worn on the courts.

  • This is a zero tolerance park.  No alcohol, tobacco or drugs.  No weapons.

  • Artificial noisemakers, air horns or boom boxes are not allowed.

  • No coolers or outside food.

  • Inappropriate language will result in a warning or ejection from the park.

  • Criticism of referees, coaches and players and park employees may result in your ejection from the park in addition to the ejection of the head coach of your team.

  • Any person finding it necessary to vandalize park property will be prosecuted.

  • Please leave pets at home.  They will be asked to leave park property.  Pets cannot be left in cars.

  • Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult in restrooms.

  • Standard Tournament Entry fee is $5.00 adults, $3 students, 6 and under are free. Fees apply unless otherwise noted.
