Basketball Skills w/ Speed & Agility Training |

Join us each Monday for basketball skills development. Each week we will include:

Progression type drills on shooting, dribbling, passing and defense.

Learning what skills are important under which game conditions.

A specific basketball theme each session..

Speed & Agility Training* incorporated in each session by a certified instructor. Basketball specific training.

Speed & Agility Testing to measure improvement conducted in week 1 & week 6.

Maximum of 10 students to every 1 instructor.

*Speed & Agility Training: Train to win by improving agility in footwork through forward and lateral training, speed training, improved acceleration, efficiency, along with improved endurance. |

$120 for early registration and payment prior to April 12th.
