Baseball Training Classes: Train to win with baseball specific speed and agility classes. Develop quicker fielding response and better base running skills through improved forward and lateral speed, acceleration, endurance, agility, and efficiency. Train muscles to fire more quickly through a progression training stations. Great opportunity for Individuals and teams to train indoors with an experienced instructor. |

Sports Training Classes: Train to win by improving agility in footwork through forward and lateral training, speed training, improved acceleration, efficiency, along with improved endurance. Great opportunity for players to improve in basketball, baseball, softball, football and many other sports with this session of classes. |

Experienced Speed & Agility Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer.
Minimum of 6 to make class.
Small limited size classes for upcoming session. |
