2 new balls will be furnished per game, teams may be asked to throw in good used balls if needed. |

Fee must be paid to hold spot. |

12 teams
Waiting list will be established to replace teams that do not meet the entry fee deadline. |

Limited to sanctioned All-Star teams from a single park.
Teams will need to have certification notebooks available. |
