2 new balls will be furnished per game, teams may be ask to throw in good used balls if needed. |

All entries must be received by the deadline date or tournament officials will be under no obligation to accept the entry.
Fee must be paid to hold spot. |
Max. Teams: |
16 teams
Waiting list will be established to replace teams that do not meet the entry fee deadline. |

All-Star teams only.
Tournament champions receive exclusive "Tournament Champions" t-shirts and "Champions" bagtags.
Teams will need to have certification notebooks available. |
